That poor little droid. In the movies he's beenshot at, plugged in, blown apart, dropped off, sold, bought, andworst of all... had to listen to the ramblings of that darn ProtocolDroid.

This version of R2 has waited as we've collected parts over the lastfive years, has gone through two different domes for the head, burnedout several motors and lights before choosing the right ones, has hadthree major redesigns to his legs and has had listen to the ramblingsof the curious neighbourhood kids.

Stats for thisdroid:

Height: (in two wheel mode) 110 cm.
Body Diameter: 45 cm.
Drive Motors: Two 12V power wheelchair motors
Control: 6 channel FM aircraft radio control with an additional 32switchable functions.
Features: Tilt and Upright modes of operation. Scanner, Periscope,Probe arm, Claw arm, 14 voices, Rotating head, Lights, Accessoryport, and a ton of little openable panels for future crazyadvancements.

Please note that he is stationary this weekend as one of his speedcontrollers blew and he's presently limping. Unfortunately theordered (stronger) replacements did not make it in time for TT. Maybenext con. Watch out! He may get underfoot.
